Dubsado’s most popular plan is the Premier Plan. You’ll get:
Free trial - limited to 3 clients. This option lets you test out the system without a time limit to see if it works for you and your business.
Monthly plan - $40USD a month with full access to its business tools.
Annual plan - Save money with an annual plan at $400USD a year, giving you 2 months free.

Your Dubsado set up time depends on your project requirements and responsiveness. Your project is usually managed on a 4 week, 3 phase project schedule which starts after your Workflow Strategy Session.
You’ll get regular updates at each phase of the project, however this timeline is an estimate only. Factors that can affect this timeline include delays in receiving info from you and the complexity of your workflow process and services.

Yes - if you choose my “done for you” option, your investment can be made in 2 payments (50% upfront and 50% before your offboarding call).
Workflow Strategy Sessions and Dubsado Account Audits require full payment upfront.

Here’s a breakdown of how much time you’ll need to commit to your Dubsado set up during a standard “done for you” project
✨Complete your Onboarding Questionnaire before our Workflow Strategy Session - 1hr
✨You’ll need to come to your Workflow Strategy Session fully prepared, knowing what your ideal client experience looks like for each of your services - 2hrs
✨Complete your Implementation Questionnaire within 1 week of our Workflow Strategy Session. This bit’s crucial for the remainder of your project to stay on track - 3hrs
✨Your Offboarding Call requires your full attention to make sure you get the most out of your Dubsado automations - 1hr
✨Follow all steps provided in your “Next Steps Guide” and commit to learning the system during your free 30 day support period - 5+ hrs

You’ll get an email to book your Workflow Strategy Session within 2-3 business days of completing your proposal, contract and invoice (unless otherwise agreed).
Once this session is booked, your Onboarding Questionnaire will be sent through to provide me with basic information about your project and instructions on how to add me to your Dubsado account. The magic happens after your completed questionnaire has been received.
